Service Area & Travel Policy

  • Inner ring (~30 minutes): $50 travel/diagnostic commitment
  • Outer ring (extended zone): $100 travel commitment

Travel commitments are waived when you proceed with service during that visit. Final confirmation is provided when scheduling.

Hours & drop-off

  • Weekdays and limited weekends by appointment
  • Walk-ins accepted when available
  • After-hours drop-off may be possible — ask first

I don’t rush customers in and out. Scheduling ahead helps ensure your system gets the time it needs and you get clear answers.

What to bring with you

Just the computer itself

For laptops, don’t forget to bring the power cable.

Passwords you know

Windows login, email, or Microsoft account passwords if available. If you don’t know them, that’s okay, just let me know. There may be an extra fee for resetting passwords.

Any relevant details

Recent spills, power outages, error messages, or anything that changed before the problem started.

What to expect

  • You’ll get a clear explanation before major work begins
  • Pricing will be discussed up front
  • You’ll be contacted if anything unexpected comes up
  • No work proceeds without your approval

If your system simply isn’t worth repairing, I’ll tell you honestly. The goal is to provide you with the best outcome, not force a repair or have you waste money. At that point other options can be presented if you’d like.
